Welcome to Dr. Gustafson's website. Our primary goal is to help you achieve and then maintain a preferred level of oral health. If your first appointment with us is for a periodontal consultation, we will be taking some x-rays and some preliminary records to access the level of health or disease that is present in your mouth. There is no initial fee charged for these records or for the consultation appointment. However, if we decide to proceed with treatment, the fee for these records and others will be charged at that time.

If your gum health is not the main concern that you have and you wish to have your mouth examined and treated mainly with laser treatments, then your first appointment will consist of taking x-rays, clinically evaluating your mouth and teeth and the completion of cleaning your teeth. These procedures will be charged out upon their completion. Payment can be made by cash, check or VISA. If you pay in full at the time of treatment, you will receive a 10% discount and an additional 5% if you have a Golden Buckeye Card.
